1. 30-Day Return Window for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective or not as described due to an error on our part, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and ensure that you receive a replacement or a full refund.

To initiate a return in such cases, please contact our customer service team at service@2advanced.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or additional details to process your return as efficiently as possible, so please take well-lit and clear photos, especially if you need to document problems due to delivery company handling of the package or a clear defect (such as a bad print) or a sizing mistake (providing a photo of the garments label tag).

2. Final Sale Policy for Made-to-Order Items

Please note that unless stated otherwise in the product listing, all of our products are generally custom-made and tailored to your specifications. As a result, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any other reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where you have changed your mind or no longer want the item.

We strongly encourage you to review all details of your order, including size, color, and customization options, before finalizing your purchase.

3. Exceptions
